This made me CRY! That is so AWESOME! I know my health was important and all but BOOOO I am bummed I am not still BFing my BEAR!! :0(….But I will be having boys who will support public BFing, My 11yo is not ashamed of my Lactavism and would protest if only there were such things here. It made me cry too! I am sorry it made you feel bad:( Your health really needed to take a front seat to it though and you did nurse him for a long time. Sorry you had to end it sooner than you wanted though. I actually thought about Xander when I was reading this:)

That’s awesome. Calvin feels very strongly about breastfeeding, too. It doesn’t occur to him that his friends might not be so comfortable around breastfeeding women… he’d be mad if Sam wasn’t able to nurse when he wanted, but now it makes me wonder if he’d be so up in arms about another child and another mother… That is remarkable.
